Old Navy is an American clothing store, owned by a corporation that produces and sells clothing under the label of Gap Inc., fondly known as Gap. Old Navy’s largest stores are their flagship locations, which can be found in New York City, Seattle, Chicago, San Francisco, Manila and Mexico City. In the early 1990s, Dayton-Hudson Corporation wanted to establish a new division by branding as less expensive than its then-CEO, Millard Drexler. In response to this move by Drexler and operating out of existing Gap stores (named “Gap Warehouse”), Dayton-Hudson decided to brand it Everyday Hero.
